Ouzo is said to be the potion of eternal youth.  At EOS among a wide variety of wines and drinks, we serve you the unique spirits of mezze, Ouzo and Retsina. Ouzo is a dry anise – flavored aperitif made from rectified spirits that have undergone a process of distillation and flavoring. Retsina is a white resonated wine, which has been made for at least 2,000 years. Its unique flavor is said to have originated from the practice of sealing wine vessels with Aleppo Pine resin in ancient times.
